Also it’s noticably bigger and more forgiving. I’ve been told by several people that the problem, for once, is the club and not me. The club may have only been hit at the driving range or played rounds of golf maximum. Currently I’m about a 20 handicap and my primary goal in a driver is to get more drives in the fairway. So now, onto my rating.

This is the straightest driver I have ever hit. Can’t wait to get out and hit it. Grip – Callaway Standard. The standard will suit most golfers promoting straighter drives, whilst the Callaway FT-IQ tour model sits a little open allowing the all to be calalway more easily. No scratches, sky marks or chips to the paintwork and the face will be in good condition with no heavy wear marks around the sweet spot area.
I felt weird swinging big square head too. I am an ft-qi handicapper and I find myself outdriving much lower handicap players with shots consistently down the middle.

It is extremely easy to ft-q of the deck and gives you the option of taking on those ultra long par 5s in two. I found that other club heads were just too light. I like the design of this club. Dec 18, 40 Comments. Hyperbolic Face Technology significantly raises ball speeds across the entire face for increased distance. Longer and straighter plus with a much sweeter noise on impact, would recommend the switch to anybody, the headcover is a bit slutish.
